Welcome To Your Mini Training On Your 7 Main Energy Centers!
Use the video provided to first learn about each of your main 7 chakras and begin familiarizing yourself with their location, sensation & emotional connection.
Then, utilize the guided meditation as your practice. I recommend doing the guided practice for at least a week, and then play with cultivating your own practice… spending more time on the chakras that need more balancing and attention.
Let it be intuitive. Let it be enjoyable!
Remember, don’t let your mind get too in the way here. Simply follow the guided practice, release any preconceived expectations & allow yourself to fully receive the benefits of your dedication & intention.
