The Sessions will be Thursday Evenings starting January 23rd. THE MAJORITY of these sessions will be in person, in Nashville TN. With the exception of a few online sessions.
***Please only sign up if you are in Nashville or can be for most of the 8 weekly sessions.

You will need a back jack (I recommend getting a simple, neutral color, as you will likely use this for ceremony if we continue working together and we require all neutral, non patterned clothing and items during ceremony)
You will need herbs to cleanse with (I suggest doing your research on woods, resins and plants that are not in danger or being unethically harvested. Maybe finding herbs that grow near you that support grounding and clearing) Rosemary, mugwort, lavender, garden sage etc all work well.
You will need a journal
You will need a microdose package if you wish to supplement your experience with the support of the plants (contact me and I can give you referrals)
It would serve you to have a yoni wand (not a vibrator at this point, or anything made from silicone or plastic, but a glass or crystal yoni wand)
