Mod 2 in SELM however, gently but powerfully helps you create safety in your body after seasons of tension or trauma, it helps you in understanding the quiet & unique voice of your body and it supports you in being able to move emotions and energy through your body so you can avoid stagnation, physical pain and dis-ease.

You’re likely someone who is feeling a bit frustrated because you’ve done so much damn work on yourself, but you still don’t feel like you’re where you should be. You’ve likely… well I’m just gonna say it; been through some shit in your life and thus have built up protective strategies (subconsciously) to keep you safe.
While these strategies greatly served you at some point, now they are holding you back and keeping you stuck.
Hidden tactics of perfectionism, subtle or large fears of people seeing the real you, the need to know whats going on all the time and predict outcomes, and be seen as GOOD, are all safety mechanisms that worked as children, but now keep us stuck and stagnant, unable to receive the confidence trust, joy, pleasure and true connection we crave as women.
We need to first start;
By building a new relationship with your body. Getting deep into your inner landscape and really exploring where some of these core subconscious woundings are implanted into your boyd. We need to start making your body feel safe and learning how it speaks to you.
We also benefit from “thawing out” the body. If you’ve experienced any amount of trauma you’ve likely built up some form of freeze habits, and we need to start thawing those out so that you can experience love, connection and confidence.
I know it feels scary & impossible to feel good in your body, to trust your body, but thats what this module is for. We go slow, we go deep, and we continue to integrate for many months together so that you not only learn new techniques but you build a lasting and sustainable new relationship with your body where safety, confidence and pleasure are at the core.
