We literally have a filtration system, in our brain that LOOKS for proof, of its beliefs and views of the world so that it can create consistency. (Even if it is distorting things to make them fit into its idea of true) THIS is why it’s so hard to make real changes, or to really heal, with logic and intellect alone.

When we can soften some of the minds rigid thought loops and create NEW reference points for the mind and body, that inner filtration system will start to change and your mind will look for NEW things to prove as “true.” More helpful, higher vibrational, aligned, truths.
