I am so excited to have you here, and for you to experience this practice I have created!
First things first, when you are doing any of the practices I create, it is important that we clear up any myths around visualization & meditation.
Visualization is NOT just thinking happy thoughts and changing your life (if only it worked that way!) It IS consciously choosing your thoughts, identifying and choosing your relationship to the stories you currently have, and actively embodying; what you are visualizing. This creates a pathway, for your manifestations to be able to come to you.
Embodying the visualization allows the nervous system to literally reprogram. We are showing our nervous system a new possibility, so it can move away from “do what I’ve always done to keep her safe, even if it isn’t totally efficient” and into the healing that is here and waiting for you.
SO, with all of that; find a space where you can spend the next 20 minutes uninterrupted. Allow yourself to release the need to over think and “over logic” and allow that divine intuition, that feminine energy to step in and lead the way. Sink into the goodness and the light that is here for you in this practice, and introduce yourself to a new way to feel, and ultimately, to live!
Grab your journal or a pen and paper, and download the worksheet below! Spend a few moments with the “pre meditation questions”
After you’ve completed those, go ahead and dive into the meditation! As long as you are comfortable and open… you’re doing it right!!
After the meditation, spend some time with the “post meditation questions”
Then, simply take a few moments to feel the goodness, to bathe yourself in the light & love here for you and walk into the rest of your day with the complete bliss that you are infinitely worthy of.
