Surf & Ceremony Retreat Costa Rica

What to Expect

A somatic immersion & barefoot adventure steeped in sisterhood, surf, ceremony & jungle medicine.

Four women walking on a beach with trees in the background, smiling and enjoying themselves.
The flow of Surf & Ceremony Retreats is designed to gently guide you deeper into yourself each day, while restoring your nervous system through rest, beauty, & connection. Each day has a clear structure to hold you, with spaciousness to be in your own energy as needed.
❋ Intentional Structure
❋ Core Elements

Surfing, communing with nature, sitting in ceremony with your sisters and giving your body and nervous system a chance to rest and reharmonize. We’ll wake with the sun, move with the tides and connect back to a more holistic, sensual way of living.

❋ Retreat Energetics
Ray facilitates each retreat with deep intention and care. Field agreements are laid out prior to the retreat and held in place to help everyone arrive with shared intentions and a mutual respect for the space we’re entering together.
❋ What You'll Walk Away With
You’ll leave the Surf & Ceremony Retreat refreshed, deeply connected to yourself & the world around you, and feeling alive again. You'll have a clear, felt sense of the life you’re here to create, and the inner resourcing to actually go live it, even when life gets hard. The best part? You'll step away with a new sisterhood that sees you, gets you & holds you.
