A somatic immersion & barefoot adventure steeped in sisterhood, ceremony & jungle medicine.

Surfing, communing with nature, sitting in ceremony with your sisters and giving your body and nervous system a chance to rest and reharmonize. We’ll wake with the sun, move with the tides and connect back to a more holistic, sensual way of living.

Ray facilitates each retreat with deep intention and care. Field agreements are laid out prior to the retreat and held in place to help everyone arrive with shared intentions and a mutual respect for the space we’re entering together.

Part of the Surf & Ceremony Retreat is a gentle but profound plant medicine experience.

This is held to support you in connecting deeper with your primal nature, restoring balance in your nervous system, and finding harmony in both your physical & emotional body.

A Surf & Ceremony Day

Surf & Ceremony days are where we practice self trust in the ocean, freeing parts of ourselves that have been holding it together in afternoon ceremonies, and spending evenings connecting to our innate joy & beauty over sunset dinners, ocean dips & cuddle puddles at the casita.

A Rest & Restore Day

Every other day we’ll skip surf lessons, rise a little slower and integrate. We’ll have a morning somatic session, time for personalized support, space to rest & restore, and then afternoon immersions out in nature with the elements.

How It Works

  • This call is just a casual chat with you and I to see if this retreat is a fit!

    You’ll be able to ask me any and all questions and together we can decide if this is the right space for you!

  • If we decide this is a good fit, you’ll pay your deposit to reserve your spot and then choose the payment plan of your choice for the remaining amount.

  • You’ll be fully supported in booking your travel to ensure you’re headed to the right airport, at the right time and have transfer services lined up and ready for you.

    ***We ask you to wait to book your travel until we give you the green light. If we for some reason don’t hit our minimum number of participants required to host the Retreat, we will cancel or postpone and you’ll be fully refunded. This hasn’t happened yet but we do ask you to hold off on booking travel until you hear from us, incase changes need to be made.

  • Before the retreat I’ll be hosting an orientation call via zoom to get everyone on the same page, go over travel logistics, prep you on what to expect, go over field agreements for the retreat and make sure you’re all set up with a comprehensive packing list!

  • You’ll arrive and be driven by a private transfer service to the retreat where I and my team will be waiting to greet you!!

  • Pricing for the Surf & Ceremony Retreats are $4200

    That includes everything except your flight, ATV for getting around, & two dinners out

  • 90% of the lodging options are shared room accomodations

    A private room can be requested but not guaranteed and would come at a higher price point

  • The Surf & Ceremony retreat is a deep, powerful, yet playful jungle initation. It’s for the woman who IS NOT looking for an escape from her life or an all inclusive resort style trip. This is for the woman who wants to connect with like minded, deep hearted women. Who wants to experience a ceremonial way of living in nature. Who has a deep desire for adventure. And who can be flexible and adapt to change easily.

    These retreats are like nothing else out there, but they do require participants to be flexible, open minded and coming for the right reasons.

  • At each Surf & Ceremony Retreat, there is a private chef preparing healthy, fresh and nourishing brunches and dinners. Just let Ray know of any allergies or restrictions ahead of time.

    This is an alcohol & substance free space aside from what is provided to you in ceremony, and the option for a celebratory drink or two at our fancy dinners out.

  • Lodging for the week, airport transfer, morning coffee and fruit, chef prepared brunches and dinners, (excluding 2 dinners out) Surf lessons, all ceremonies and sessions, pre & post retreat calls, photography for you to take home, curated welcome bags.

  • Air fare, travel insurance (required), two dinners out in town, any spa treatments, any thing you do during your free time.

    ***This is the jungle, and 4WD is needed most places. We get around using quads / ATV’s, that you and your roommate will use together and share the cost of. I can’t have them in my name if I am not the driver, so I will reserve the quad for each roomie pair, and then the two of you will split the price & share responsibility of the ATV.
