This life is so short, so precious, and so fleeting; I’m not here to put you on another “self care hamster wheel” or a never ending search to fix yourself.
I’m here to help you be fully present in your life, move through life’s inevitable waves with ease & grace, to radically trust yourself, and to live your life so deeply alive… when you get to the end you can you say you truly savored every single drop.
Some of that is through some deep internal work.
Some of that is through remembering and experiencing how much beauty & joy is available to us in abundance.
