TDC Retreats are intimate, ceremonial jungle descents that allow you to both reconnect to the deeper aspects within your life, and the deeper levels of joy, adventure and pleasure you may have forgotten about along your journey.
We travel to Costa Rica and spend a week surfing, deepening into our body, sitting in ceremonial experiences and communing with nature like never before. These experiences are where luxury meets the real world. You must be comfortable (or willing to get comfortable) with plans changing, wild life, unpredictable weather and the removal of our common day comforts and vices. This is a substance free experience except for that which is provided to you. There will be an opportunity to sit in a gentle plant medicine journey, and work with a few supportive plant allies throughout your retreat.
At 1-2 celebratory dinners out, you’ll be welcome to enjoy a glass or two of wine as a celebration if you’d like. Outside of that we do not allow vapes, other recreational drugs, alcohol at the retreat house etc. We also hold deep field agreements for this experience to ensure the depth, potency, safety and joy this retreat is designed to provide - occurs in abundance for all.
These retreats are not escapes from your life or getaways; they are somatic immersions, ceremonial descents in the jungle, and deep intentional sisterhood.
No surfing experience needed, but open hearts & the desire to go deeper is required.
